Fluidinova recommends incorporating nanoXIM® CarePowder at approximately 5% by weight in a finished dry oral care formulation.  Here is an example of how to use hydroxyapatite for oral care:

Example: For a 4-ounce batch

To create a 4-ounce tooth powder containing 5% hydroxyapatite, use:

• 0.20 oz (approximately 5.7 g) of nanoXIM® CarePowder
• 3.80 oz (approximately 107.7 g) of your remaining ingredients

The remaining ingredients may include baking soda, xylitol, sea salt, bentonite clay, and carefully selected flavoring ingredients.

Important formulation tips:

• Measure ingredients by weight using an accurate digital scale.
• Thoroughly disperse the hydroxyapatite powder throughout the finished formulation.
• Use clean, dry utensils and containers when handling the powder.
• Store your finished formulation in a tightly closed container away from excess moisture.
